No Means No[2] (also known as Nie Means Nie) is an upcoming Indo-Polish romantic thriller film,[3] which was shot simultaneously in three languages: English, Hindi and Polish.[4] Produced by G7 Films Poland and directed by Vikash Verma,[5] it stars Dhruv Verma, Gulshan Grover, Sharad Kapoor and Anna Guzik.[6][7] The film follows an Indian ski champion (Dhruv Verma), who participates in a ski championship in Poland. There he falls in love with a Polish girl.[8] Initially scheduled to be released on 22 March 2021, but postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic in India.[9] Later it was scheduled for release on 5 November 2021,[citation needed] but release was again pushed back to 17 June 2022.[10] Film Critic Murtuza Ali Khan tweeted the new release date as 16 December 2022.[11] Following the outbreak of war in Ukraine and two missiles landing in Poland, the release date was postponed to 19 May 2023.[citation needed] The film is finally releasing on 20 October 2023.[12]
