Tiger vs Pathaan is an upcoming Indian Hindi-language action thriller film directed by Siddharth Anand and written by Aditya Chopra. Produced by Yash Raj Films, the film is the seventh installment in the YRF Spy Universe. The film stars Salman Khan, Shah Rukh Khan, Katrina Kaif, Deepika Padukone, and Sharvari Wagh.
In 2021, it was reported that Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan will unite for a standalone film by having a Karan Arjun reunion, which was confirmed by Salman Khan in December 2021. The film came into development with a working title of Tiger vs Pathaan.
Salman Khan, Shah Rukh Khan, Katrina Kaif, and Deepika Padukone will reprise their roles as Tiger, Pathaan, Zoya, and Rubai. The film is scheduled to begin production after the release of Tiger 3, and will follow the events of Pathaan, Tiger 3, and War 2 set on the YRF Spy Universe. Siddharth Anand will direct the film as announced on 6 April 2023, and is expected to release sometime in early 2026 confirmed by producer Aditya Chopra on 16 September 2023.
Hrithik Roshan will reprise his role from War series in a cameo appearance, while Alia Bhatt, Saif Ali Khan and Rani Mukerji will be seen in the post-credits scene, as the new RAW and ISI agents in cameo appearances, with Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan as RAW agents, and Katrina Kaif, and Deepika Padukone as ISI agents.
