Assistant teachers

Paraeducators, or paraprofessionals, are another assistant found in American classrooms. Paraeducators can be assigned to offer additional support to a single student or they can support the classroom teacher by taking on a more general support role.Cite error: A <ref> tag is missing the closing </ref> (see the help page).</ref> At times, the paraeducator may co-teach with the classroom teacher or take on the responsibilities of the classroom teacher. @HiLo48 Wikipedia exists in several languages, and some articles are translated from one language to another.
