GRV Media Limited [1] is a digital publisher based in the UK. The company was established in January 2017 by Graham Morris, Robi Buckley and Vic Daniels (GRV) to encompass HITC (a football and entertainment website founded in 2002 by Graham Morris and Vic Daniels) and Footyfeed (a football news aggregator website founded by Robi Buckley in 2016).

GRV Media owns a variety of football (soccer) and entertainment brands, primarily HITC, TBR Football, Reality Titbit, Rousing The Kop, United in Focus, The Chelsea Chronicle, Arsenal Insider, 67 Hail Hail and Rangers News.

GRV Media also owns a proprietary ad tech header bidding platform called PROP via which it monetises its own websites.

On February 1st 2021 GRV Media limited acquired the gaming website Dualshockers [2] which was founded in 2009 by Joel Taveras, Yaris Gutierrez, and Al Zamora.

In June 2022 GRV Media sold its flagship gaming website Dualshockers to Canadian publisher Valnet.[3][4]
