The 36th Golden Rooster Awards (Chinese: 第36届中国电影金鸡奖) honouring best Chinese language films which are released from July 1, 2022, to June 30, 2023, will be held at Xiamen, East China's Fujian Province on 4 November 2023.^[1]^[2]

Winners and nominees

The nominations were announced on 15 October 2023. Creation of the Gods I: Kingdom of Storms received 9 nominations, whereas Hidden Blade received 7.^[3]
