Teams

The 2022 season Golden Ladies and Tsunami Queens FC were relegated to the Sasol National Championship,[2] while the Vasco Da Gama team changed its name to TS Galaxy Queens after it was purchased by Tim Sukazi, who owns TS Galaxy FC.[3] Bloemfontein Celtic changed its name to Royal AM after Shauwn Mkhize bought it.[4] Two more teams joined the league. The University of Pretoria won the Sasol National Championship, while Copperbelt Ladies FC was the runner-up.
