Hats Off to Del Shannon is the second studio album by American rock and roll singer-songwriter Del Shannon, released in December 1962 it was released only the UK, New Zealand and Australia.
the real crime was that this album wasn't put out in the U.S. or Canada[2]. There was this "album voild" between the Runaway album and what would become the Little Town Flirt album.[2] The Album fixed this problem in England, but not in America.[2] An opportunity was missed, but fans were still buyer of singles[2]
