Mayhem was a professional wrestling pay-per-view produced by World Championship Wrestling and held in the month of November in 1999 and 2000. It is noted for being the first wrestling pay-per-view named after a video game, rather than the video game named after a pay-per-view.

Mayhem 1999 took place on November 21, 1999 from the Air Canada Centre in Toronto, Ontario. It was the first WCW PPV held in Canada. The official theme song was 'Loose' By Primer 55 from the WCW album 'WCW Mayhem: The Music'
- World Heavyweight Championship Tournament Semi-Final: Chris Benoit defeated Jeff Jarrett (9:27)
- Benoit pinned Jarrett after hitting him with Jarrett's guitar.
- Evan Karagias (w/Madusa) defeated Disco Inferno (w/Tony Marinara) to win the WCW Cruiserweight Championship (8:00)
- Karagias pinned Inferno with a Cross Body Block.
- Hardcore Championship Tournament Final: Norman Smiley defeated Brian Knobbs (w/Jimmy Hart) to become the first WCW Hardcore champion (7:27)
- Smiley pinned Knobbs after Hart accidentally hit Knobbs with a garbage can.
