Indian Paintbrush Productions LLC is a film production company founded in 2006 by American businessman Steven Rales. It is based in Santa Monica, California, and specializes in the production and distribution of comedy-drama and romantic films. Indian Paintbrush has financed several releases by filmmaker Wes Anderson, including The Darjeeling Limited (2007), Fantastic Mr. Fox (2009), Moonrise Kingdom (2012), The Grand Budapest Hotel (2014), Isle of Dogs (2018), The French Dispatch (2021), Asteroid City (2023), and The Wonderful Story of Henry Sugar (2023).[1] Other notable releases by the company include Like Crazy (2011) and Me and Earl and the Dying Girl (2015).[2]
