Sheila Chelangat (born 11 April 1998) is a Kenyan long-distance runner.[1] She won the bronze medal in the 3000m at the 2015 World Youth Championships in Athletics,[1] but experienced injuries and loss of form in the following years.[2]

Chelangat won the Kenyan national cross country championship in 2020 and 2021.[3][4] She trains in Kericho, coached by Gabriel Kiptanui.[2]

She qualified to represent Kenya at the 2020 Summer Olympics.[5]
