I don't agree with you. There are a lot of references mentioned in the article. Those mentioned news talks and mentions about him. So, I don't think it's good to delete this page. Nothing found in BEFORE that meets WP:IS WP:RS with WP:SIGCOV addressing the subject directly and indepth, more name mentions and listings.
