I know of a detailed synthesis for the production of ammonium chlorate that is simple, high yield, and resuls in a product that is of good quality, but I don't think I should list it because of the danger of this chemical. If you agree or disagree please tell me; I would like to here someone else's comments on this.

I say, go for it. This website is to be a global encyclopedia with ALL knowledge poured into it, so anyone can look up anything and find what they need. To not include this synthesis is sheer stupidity, as somone with internet access (Needed to view wikipedia) could simply look elsewhere and probably find this synthesis.
