The Twelve Tasks of Asterix published in 1981

[edit]

I have a copy of this book bought in the 1980s. Back then, this book was counted as an official Asterix book, judging by the back cover, which has all the Asterix books published until that date. In the list of books published it is listed after Asterix and the Normans and before Obelix and Co. The title of the book is "The Book of the Film by Goscinny and Uderzo: The Twelve Tasks of Asterix" The publication information states that it was first published in Great Britain in 1978 (cased) and then in 1981 (limp). The publisher is Hodder Dargaud. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 58.111.99.162 (talk) 08:11, 30 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

"The Book of the Film by Goscinny and Uderzo: The Twelve Tasks of Asterix" is the name of the movie book, this article is about the comic, so you mean apparently another book.--Anaxagoras13 (talk) 10:12, 30 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
An english copy of the comic was only published in "Asterix Annual 1980", as the first paragraph says.--Anaxagoras13 (talk) 10:15, 30 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
