I don't go there, but it has an image of preppiness...

Well, I go to the cross-town high school, Oakton High School, so I don't know much about it. - Thepangelinanpost 02:47, 19 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]
I went there in 1996, and it sure as hell is a preppy school. Not that there's anything wrong with it. You can come from a wealthy family and still be a bad-ass. You don't need to live on the streets and get beat up by drug dealers on your way to school in order to appear cool. So what if they wear cardigan sweaters and white polo shirts neatly tucked into the slacks with white sperry top-siders!!! - Todd82TA 14:28, 8 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

It's not preppy at ALL

Dance Team

[edit]

I'm removing the part about the dance team winning nationals. Someone can re-add it if they have more specific information (what the actual name of the competition was and what event(s) were won). It wasn't very informative as it was. 68.98.160.207 02:02, 5 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:James Madison HS.jpg

[edit]

Image:James Madison HS.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
