"Ynys Puffin"

Given that Puffin Island has been uninhabited for hundreds of years, this seems a particularly unlikely place of birth? Perhaps we are just indulging Mr Beck's little joke with IMDb here. I see that thewilliambeckwebsite claims he is "a Welsh born actor who was born at Fenny Compton", which although partly fitting in with his attending Kineton High School, is self-contradictory and so unusable as a source.
