NPOV

[edit]

The final paragraph of the article seems full of the author's opinion of the changes to the bar. This violates the WP:NPOV policy. Erechtheus 15:50, 4 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Now updated

[edit]

Point taken. The final paragraph is now factual. AllanG 17:09, 4 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Royal Charter

[edit]

I’m not sure why this is down as a ‘legend’ as a) this was the only pub open in the area on a Sunday in the 1970s &’80s. b) there used to be a portrait of the king and a (copy of?) the charter on display next to it in the upstairs bar. 2A04:4A43:4E4F:ECD7:60DE:C452:B0C3:BA2C (talk) 13:26, 28 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
