No indication of notability, three sources given are a self-made website, a catalogue website that can't be reached and a user-generated database. A WP:BEFORE search shows a variety of "Laxmi Steel" companies but none fitting this description, and the only references to "Laxmi Steel & Railings" are on other commercial catalogues.
