Why this page

[edit]

The line trimmer article is an absolute mess, see its talk page, but in any case that topic does not cover brushcutters, which are far more general-purpose tools. Line trimmers cannot be fitted with brushcutter heads (if they can be, then they are brushcutters). Brushcutters can however be fitted with line trimmer heads and in Australia at least they generally come with one as a standard accessory.

Both pages are direly in need of references! But this is a start.

See Talk:String trimmer/Archives/2016#Room for improvement. Andrewa (talk) 10:49, 18 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

What is the difference

[edit]

Well, for start this is not a brushcutter! Andrewa (talk) 20:24, 18 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

MERGE

[edit]

This article should be merged with line trimmer. It is talking about the exact same tool. --169.0.249.132 (talk) 08:35, 3 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
