Sorry, I should not have submitted my draft for reviewing. I did not realise that it would take such a long time to be read by the committee. The english text has been read by an English friend, It has several references and in english too. I have already written quite a number of articles in the french wikipedia, and one about Cyrille Dubois whose career is international.
