Valerian Tulgara

Valerian Tulgar is a politician in Moldovan region of Transnistria (internationally recognized as part of republic of Moldova). He is a member of parliament and president of the Union of Moldavians in Pridnestrovie[1].

Valerian Tulgar was born 27 November 1956 in Basarabia, in the village of Sărătenii Vechi, Teleneşti district of Moldova[2].
