Standard navigation bar for the top of my pages. It uses bullets instead of middots for the list.

Usage

{{User:GhostInTheMachine/t/nav}} → outputs just the navigation bar
{{User:GhostInTheMachine/t/nav|htoc=2}} → outputs the navigation bar, followed by a horizontal TOC with just the H2 headings
