Tunisian and Algerian Gaf

[edit]

Even though a letter of the same shape is used in Tunisia and Algeria, I think it is different because it is derived from Qaf and not Fa'. The final form of the letter resembles Qaf's final form and not Fa'.Hakeem.gadi (talk) 03:46, 8 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Also to me it seems not related. If there are no objections, the part referring to it should be deleted (or moved to the appropriate article, if it's not there already). 88.238.100.39 (talk) 01:31, 17 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
In fact I managed to get confused. In particular I accidentally mistook the given Unicode code for gaf as ve! This should definitely be moved to another article if there isn't one already, and here there should be a note directing to it, with an appropriate explanation that the two letters should be distinguished. 88.238.100.39 (talk) 01:38, 17 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
