737 vs 747

[edit]

This article seems to mix up the 737 BBJ and the 747. The article referances the 737 but then says it has an upper deck (not the case) —Preceding unsigned comment added by 65.92.65.24 (talk) 06:44, 21 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I was wondering about that. The article mentions the BBJ and the 737, yet the photo clearly shows a 747. So.....who didn't check references? --293.xx.xxx.xx (talk) 08:24, 21 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Also the pic of the 747 doesn't seem to have any refuelling capability - no probe, or boom receptacle. And no extra sensors or dischargers for the anti-missile and other protection systems discussed. Surely this B747 is a standard AI aircraft, pulled from the normal fleet and only slightly internally modified for the head of state or government to use when the B737 does not have enough range?81.131.98.14 (talk) 04:02, 14 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Repetitive information and layout

[edit]

The section on replacement seems to be out of date as these are already in service, and sounds like it is repeating what is in the first few paragraphs

Removed some claims about full parity with Air Force One

Images were also off to the side so have put them in a gallery of the other aircraft used.

Some layout changes and editing this to make it up to date would be good AlbusWulfricDumbledore (talk) 17:39, 22 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Current fleet section not in the scope of this article

[edit]

This article is about "Air India One" specifically and the section "Current fleet" is irrelevant because it refers to aircraft operated by the Air HQ Communication Squadron, and needs to be removed.

There is a separate article dedicated to AHQCS containing a section "Current fleet". Centaur81 (talk) 04:56, 25 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

The section is irrelevant to the main topic of this article. It displays aircraft operated by the Air HQ Communication Squadron. I am deleting it. Centaur81 (talk) 05:07, 25 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
