While I cleared the vandalism, this article suffers from NPOV and is not written like an encyclopedic entry. While I'm pretty sure Shartouni was a Syrian agent and not a great Lebanese patriot, I'd like some sources for that. If he was kept in a 'dungeon' without trial, I'd like sources for that. If he was illegally released by the invading Syrian army, I'd like sources for that too. Let the facts speak for themselves. --Telecart (talk) 13:50, 22 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I deleted the phrase, "the Syrians operated with the Secret Services of an eastern country." from the last bit of this article as it is not cited and constitutes a claim of some significance (which generally need to be cited). Talon84.152.249.26 (talk) 22:05, 24 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
