Citation for Bourges Cathedral reference

[edit]

Is there any citation for this Cathedral being "modeled" after the Bourges Cathedral, as the article states? I think the floor plan of the nave may have been modeled after it, but Gothic or not, some of the features of the two couldn't be more different (i.e. No Flying Buttresses in Toledo, I think). If it's just the floor plan of the nave, maybe it should be clarified. Rafajs77 (talk) 00:46, 11 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Episcopal see

[edit]

What in wikepedia is defined Episcopal see is exactly what is Toledo cathedral, not just an "Episcopal seat"

Snarky comments in an article's edit summaries

[edit]

It slays me how all across Wikipedia projects, you see editors add snarky commentary about their pet peeve to their edit summaries, almost never acknowledging the work already done or showing any appreciation for it, but only expressing dissatisfaction that the article is not already in a perfect state. Sheesh. Carlstak (talk) 02:41, 7 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Primate, See

[edit]

Would "primatial" be better? if it is a primatial see, then should that be included somehow with the words "metropolitan" and "archdiocese"? And is it the seat of the Archdiocese or of the Archbishop? (esp. since the article about the Archdiocese is only a list of Archbishops? --Richardson mcphillips (talk) 14:49, 19 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
