Joksim Karamarković (c. 1779 - 1813) was a Serbian voivode who hailed from the land of Montenegro and who distinguished himself in the early and later battles against the Turkish Ottoman forces in the First Serbian Uprising. He was killed in the Ravnje massacre in August 1813. Karađorđe's heroic brother-in-law Nikola Karamarković is the brother of Joksim Karamarković.

Joksim was born in the village of Lunjevica, Takovo county, Rudnički district. At the beginning of 1804, he often came to Karađorđe in Topola for meetings at the assembly of voivodes.
