Plot

Tarapriya, a princess of 17th century time travels to find a doctor to cure her brother's brain clot. She lands in 21st century and cross path with Dr. Dhruv. After struggling a lot, Tara finally becomes successful to convince Dhruv to help her. Meanwhile, Sushila fixes Dhruv's marriage with Preeti. But Preeti is unwilling to marry as she's already married and pregnant so on her request, Dhruv and Tara fakes their marriage and she gradually wins the hearts of Dhruv's family and he realizes that he's in love with her but he struggles to confess his feelings as she's already engaged. Later, amidst all the hurdles created by Preeti's brother, Tarun, Dhruv and Tara manages find the time portal and time travels to 17th century.

After reaching Ballabhghar, Dhruv struggles to prove himself worthy enough to treat Mahaveer in front of her family but eventually he with the help of Tara becomes successful to prove himself and hence he starts treating Mahaveer. Later, Samrat Singh creates a lot of hurdles in the treatment of Mahaveer but Dhruv and Tara successfully completes operation of Mahaveer. Afterwards, Tara realizes Dhruv loves her as he confesses. But Samrat Singh learns about their relationship and tactfully makes Udaybhan fix his marriage with Tara. So Tara asks Dhruv to go back but he doesn't leave and Udaybhan learns about their relationship and gives Dhruv capital punishment. But eventually Dhruv and Tara exposes Samrat Singh infront of Udaybhan and he announces Dhruv and Tara's marriage. Meanwhile, Dhruv and Tara time travels to 21st century and learns that the time portal has cursed them for which his existence from 21st century is removed and his family has forgotten him. Heartbroken Dhruv goes back to 17th century with Tara where he learns that Ravi, his estranged father hadn't left his mother but has been in jail for being found with Tara's mother when she had time travelled to 21st century. This enrages Dhruv and he misunderstands Tara and her family and decides to leave. But Samrat Singh takes the advantage of it and kills Udaybhan with the help of Tilotma. On spotting Dhruv beside Udaybhan's dead body, Tara and her family assumes him as the culprit and decides to give him capital punishment. Tara leaves for 21st century to send Ravi back to his family. Meanwhile, Vikramgarh's king Vikramjeet and princess Shyammohini arrives to rule in Ballabhghar with Samrat Singh but Shyammohini gets attracted by Dhruv so she releases him from jail and forces him to marry her but on realizing Dhruv's unconditional love for Tara, she leaves with her father. Tara comes back from 21st century and before she could give Dhruv capital punishment, Anusiya saves him. Meanwhile, Lord Krishna appears as Ranchod to guide Dhruv and Tara.

6 months later

Tara announces her Swayamvara to catch Dhruv and he comes back from 21st century but in disguise of Nayak and participates in her swayamvara where he deafeats all the participants expect Samrat Singh. Meanwhile, Dhruv with the help of Ranchod proves his innocence to Tara and they both gets together to deafeat Samrat Singh. Soon they comes to know that Tilotma is also involved with Samrat Singh and before they could expose them, Samrat Singh and Tilotma attacks Mahaveer and while saving him, Tara dies but Lord Krishna gives her another chance of living so she gets her life back and defeats them. Afterwards, Mahaveer gets Dhruv and Tara married and they leaves for 21st century.

1 year later

Tara is missing Mahaveer on the occasion of Bhai Dooj so Dhruv takes her to 17th century. But earthquake occurs and destroys Ballabhghar. Mahaveer manages to send Dhruv and Saraswati in 21st century but before he and Tara could go, the time portal breaks and Mahaveer goes missing whereas Tara is found unconscious by Anusiya near a cave. Later, she tries to find Dhruv, Saraswati and Mahaveer but fails so she tries to handle her destructed kingdom all alone and in the meantime, she finds out that she's pregnant with Dhruv's child. Afterwards, she's attacked by a a group of goons but Devgarh's king Suryapratap arrives and saves her life and takes her with him in his kingdom. But there, she slips into coma.

9 months later

Dhruv is trying to find the time portal to bring back Tara meanwhile Tara gives birth to a baby boy in the state of coma and Suryapratap named him Shaurya. After few days, she wakes up from coma and get enraged when she learns Suryapratap introduced her and her son as his wife and child so she decides to leave but after learning about his deeds from Sukanya and seeing Shaurya's attachment with Suryapratap, she stays back.

6 years later

Tara is living with the name of Antara in Devgarh with her and Dhruv's son, Shaurya. She thinks Dhruv and her family is no more. Shaurya considers Suryapratap as his father and is very attached to him but he often sees Dhruv in his dreams. Meanwhile, Dhruv is living with Saraswati in 21st century and has established a hospital after the name of Tara. He believes Tara is alive so he's trying to find the new time portal and after struggling a lot, he finds out the new time portal and time travels. On the other hand, Tara also finds out the new time portal while chasing Shaurya. She realizes Dhruv and her family can be in 21st century so she decides to time travel but later, she doesn't by realizing that she's buried under the debt of Suryapratap. Meanwhile, Shaurya gets kidnapped and is saved by Dhruv so Suryapratap takes him to his palace. Tara comes to know that Dhruv is in the palace so she tries to hide from him but eventually they come face to face. Dhruv tries to learn the truth but fails so he puts his life at stake and Tara saves him and tells him about her reasons of staying with a fake identity. Later, Shaurya gets severely injured by Maan Singh and Dhruv comes in disguise to treat Shaurya and then he learns about Shaurya being his son. Suryapratap also learns about the relationship of Dhruv and Tara. So he emotionally blackmails Tara so that she doesn't go with Dhruv. Dhruv learns about Suryapratap's conspiracy and confronts him but he pretends innocent Infront of Tara and poisons himself and puts the allegations on Dhruv but Tara learns the truth of Suryapratap and to save Dhruv, she takes the accusations of Suryapratap on her head but Dhruv saves her from capital punishment and Suryapratap comes to take Tara with himself but she confronts him for his misdeeds and confesses her love for Dhruv infront of him. So Dhruv decides to take her and Shaurya away but he gets into a fight with Suryapratap and while stopping them, Tara falls down from a cliff.

6 months later

Shaurya has lost his voice out of the shock of Tara's death but Dhruv believes she's alive so he tries to find her and eventually finds out that Tara has lost her memory and assumes herself as Bijli, a dancer. Dhruv takes her with him in Devgarh but there the royal family doesn't believe that she's Tara and humiliates her a lot so she leaves. Meanwhile, when Dhruv confronts Suryapratap for taking Shaurya away, he attacks Dhruv. Later, Bijli goes back to the palace as a hostage of Kapali as she has kidnapped her foster father and brother. But Suryapratap locks her in a hut where catches fire but she's saved by Dhruv and Shaurya regains his voice and finally Suryapratap believes she might be Tara so he allows her to stay in the palace so that Dhruv can treat him.
