I believe it has been spelled both ways throughout the series, and "Fairy" is more recent. --Tryforceful 20:09, 14 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Great Fairy Image

Uhhhmmm, she's not wearing anything bot a cloth! The ones in OoT and MM had clothing (sort of) around their entire body.

Anyone who finds the OoT and MM Great Fairies less disturbing than the TP one has ~serious~ problems.

Well, excuse me, Mr. Rudepants (homage to Spongebob)! Have you even read the article?! It SAYS that this is the closest allusion to nudity in a Zelda game thus far! And I do not have promblems! DO you understand that?! HUH?! HHUUUHH?! And, why, may I ask do you think I have problems? That's a stupid question, but, I'm not insane! And don't think I'm (oh, what is that teen word I'm looking for...) trippin'! Becuase if I were, I'd be hurt!!! Do you understand me now? AHHHHHHHHH!!!! Hey, I'm sorry, but I think you should apologize as well. Saying things like that can really hurt someone's feelings, like when my acquaintances tell me to "get a life" whenever I do something stupid. Please rethink what you said, and I'll rethink what I said (even though I was being sarcastically angry). Remember the Golden Rule: treat others as you wish to be treated.

The Great Fairy is hot

The Great Fairy is hot? Okay, so I agree, but, what does that have to do with this?

(dif person) Since the person who started this article was disturbed by the pic of the great fairy, and since i was too, i did a minor change. The picture is not actually displayed, but i chose to have the link to the page so you can still look at it.

ENOUGH!!!!!!!!! Can someone please take the TP fairy off and move it to the bottom?!?!? How about we have NO opening picture and we have them in their appropriate sections? You people who love looking at fairies with no clothes still have it, on the bottom section. And you people who want the vine covered fairies get to have it in your section. Appearance in first zelda

There was appearence of big fairy that made little fairies circle around Link, but its not said to be great fairy, worth of mentioning?

Great Fairies of Minish Cap

There are four different Great Fairies in Minish Cap that should be mentioned, all of which are fully clothed and wear different colors, along with varying wings. I can get the names, if required. Kuro Yoake 04:35, 23 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

There are only three figurines of Great Fairies in The Minish Cap, named Dragonfly, Mayfly and Butterfly. After collecting all 136 figurines you cannot collect any other figurines (e.g. for a fourth Great Fairy). Also, Link already has all of the upgrades he generally receives in the games (e.g. Magic Bar extension, Bomb Bag upgrade, etc. etc.), so it would not be logical to have a fourth Great Fairy (as it would serve no purpose). I have not found (neither in the game or online at any other resource) any indication of a fourth Great Fairy, so please provide verifiable proof if there is in fact a fourth.

TP isn't the first time the Great Fairy didn't upgrade items.

I never played Zelda 2, but in the first Zelda game there are fairy fountian like areas where the Great Fairy just refilled your health and dissappeared. Because there were smaller fairies floating around and then that one in a fountain I think that counts as a Great Fairy.
