"Mean Machine" is a song by American rock band Sugar Ray. It was released as the lead single from the band's debut album, Lemonade and Brownies. The song samples lines from the Commander Cody and His Lost Planet Airmen version of the song "Hot Rod Lincoln". The song peaked at No. 45 on the Radio & Records active rock chart.[1] The song was featured on the soundtrack to the video game Road Rash 3D.
Music video
The music video for "Mean Machine" was directed by McG, who also produced Lemonande and Brownies. The video was featured in the Beavis and Butt-Head episode "Bang the Drum Slowly Dumbass".
