Cockle Hall is an historic location in Thornton-Cleveleys, Lancashire, England. Located in today's Wyre Estuary Country Park, it is the location of one of the earliest crossings of the River Wyre, and the former site of a cottage occupied by a family of thirteen. It is located a short distance along a footpath running along the western banks of the river. The ferryman who took people to and brought people from Wardleys Creek,[1] on the opposite side of the river, also lived there.[2]
