Chie Kajiura (チエ・カジウラ) Chie Kajiura is a Japanese singer, business owner and, candle designer.

Early Career While producing demos in preparation for her debut, she was chosen to perform vocals for the character, Mylene Jenius of the rock band "Fire Bomber" that appears in the TV anime "Macross 7", also writing lyrics for the show under the name "M-MEG". In 1995, her single "・・・だけどベイビー!!"' became a hit, debuting at number 15 on the Oricon charts. After releasing the singles “恋がおちた”, "＊＊＊届くほど高く↑＊＊＊", “この森へ←”, the albums “LOOPHOLE”, “CONFUSION”, and the PV collection “INSIDE MY BRAIN”, the musical direction was inconsistent. She took some time off. She returned in 2004 and has been active mainly at live houses since then.

Also a candle artist, she creates artistic candles at which she sells online.

Her ex-husband is guitarist Takehiko Kogure, and her daughter is actress Hana Sugisaki.

She is also a vocal instructor at Senzoku Gakuen College of Music .

Since 2006, she has been active in the unit "SunS market" with KANAME, the producer at the time of her solo debut. Chie kajiura + KANAME released a 3-song CD ``Sample (only sold online). SunS market activities are currently suspended. Participated in Kaori Moriwaka's monthly live performance ``kaolyrics'07 as part of the kaolyrics'BAND for one year from 2007, playing chorus and percussion. On October 26, 2014, Chie released her mini-album ``睡眠HEAVEN from her first independent label ``MELT Records. At the "GO-BANG'S One Man Live" held at Roppongi SuperDeluxe on October 30, 2016, she was in charge of Candle Night and made a guest appearance in the chorus.
