During their engagement, Ramulamma (Alapati Lakshmi), Babji's mother works as a housekeeper at Sirisha's residence curses to break up their espousal. Now Sivaji decides to protect Babji, so he reopens the case. Being cognizant of it, M. P. Narasimham and Srinath slaughters Sivaji and he reaches the hell. At the same time, they are celebrating the crowning ceremony of the new Yama Dharma Raja (Rajendra Prasad). At present, Sivaji creates turmoil and turbulence in hell when he finds that his lifespan is eleven days more. So, Yama sends him back along with a beautiful girl Puthana (Sadhika) to maintain secrecy. Thereafter, Sivaji is almost in an edge to win when baddies attack again. Meanwhile, the wedding arrangements of Sivaji and Sirisha are in progress at Tirumala when Sivaji decides to cancel the match as his days are less. So, he plays a drama with his ex-girlfriend Swarna (Chandini) to make Sirisha develop hatred towards him when Puthana also understands his virtue and she too helps him. Mohan Babu got angry and put his hand on her. After she threatened to complain to the police, Nagarjuna intervened and the shoot was completed.[4]
