Addressing Maintenance Template issues And Double Citations
I received these messages in the template:
A major contributor to this article appears to have a close connection with its subject. (March 2024)
This biography of a living person needs additional citations for verification. (March 2024)
While I saw no copy that overtly suggested a close connection with the subject, I have further edited the content to hopefully remove any questions. If anything appears to suggest ANY connection with the subject, it must be corrected, so any advice is appreciated.
Second, I have added multiple additional citations to further certify the statements put forward as fact/truth. However, there are two original citations that link to individuals' websites, which, although factual, are not as good references as I would typically like or as good as those added after I received the citations flag. Specifically the jordan berger and alan arivee citations. I do not know if they are helping or hurting credibility. Any advice welcome.
Thirdly, in relation to the double citations, when i built the page and re-used earlier citations, they republished as separate citations. is there some way to consolidate them without deleting all those repeated and starting the citations over again? Any advice welcome.
