I changed the lead from "...is the top female professional wrestling championship..." because that this suggests a competition that no other championship might field better wrestlers. No doubt the organisation has its strengths but they should be presented without POV. Gregkaye (talk) 07:48, 26 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
The lead needs a lot of work.
Who is the current champion? The body says "Princesa Sugehit is the current CMLL World Women's Champion" but then the infobox says someone else.
Then there's the last sentence:
"is the only Women's Championship and one of the only of two championships, the other being the IWGP Heavyweight Championship to be defended in the country of North Korea at the event Collision in Korea in a match between at the time CMLL World Women's Champion Akira Hokuto successfully defeated against Bull Nakano"
