Tanikhel, Tanokhel or Taniwal (Pashto: تڼيوال) are a tribe of Ghilji Pashtuns. Their traditional homeland is Ghazni and Paktia Province of Afghanistan but they have also settled in other regions throughout the Afghanistan-Pakistan Pashtun belt.[1][2]
