Roqicheh Rural District (Template:Lang-fa) is in Kadkan District of Torbat-e Heydarieh County, Razavi Khorasan province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Roqicheh.[3]

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 3,582 in 897 households.[4] There were 3,096 inhabitants in 939 households at the following census of 2011.[5] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 3,145 in 985 households. The most populous of its 52 villages was Nosratabad, with 475 people.[2]
