Statement of the dispute
Cumbey is engaging in personal attacks off of the Wikipedia site, has been known to blank user pages, and violates the 3RR policy on a consistent basis, within the Javier Solana article. Although she may or may not be responsible, the following IP addresses also exhibit Cumbey-like behavior.

- E-mailed SqueakBox, alleging that the user was hacking the wiki database and threatened to report the user to local law enforcement.
- Has made repeated claims that SqueakBox is a sockpuppet.
- Blanked this RfC entirely as shown here
- Deleted this comment on Chris 73's userpage written by SqueakBox.
- Blanking of entire contents of talk page here
- This page links Cumbey and 68.61.150.80 together. Notice that Cumbey inserts before her prior comment.
- Uses multiple sockpuppets to vandalize pages as seen here.
