Assisting Houtaro in his task to retrieve the Chemies is Fuga's daughter Rinne, a student at the Alchemist Academy who transforms into Kamen Rider Majade. Supana Kurogane, a graduate from the academy who initially viewed the Chemies as nothing more than tools and transforms into the warrior Valvarad, later upgrades himself as Kamen Rider of the same name, was also tasked with retrieving the Chemies and is a rival to Houtaro, who wants to befriend them. They are opposed by the Three Dark Sisters: Atropos, Clotho, and Lachesis, who intend to use the Chemies for their master Geryon, while also creating Kamen Rider Dread systems to counteract the heroes. As it turns out, the reason behind Fuga’s betrayal because he discovered the conspiracy within Alchemist Union, connected to Geryon’s scheme. As Geryon finally makes his move to destroy the world, the heroes are aided by a time-traveling Kamen Rider Gotchard Daybreak, who is none other than Houtaro from an alternate future-self where Geryon succeeded his plan to turn the world into gold. After a lot of confrontations with Rinne and Supana joined the fray as Kamen Riders and Houtaro's awakening of Chemies to push himself further, the team managed to defeat Geryon, however he was taken into another realm by the monster that he wanted to use for his plan. Their adventure after Geryon's demise continues with uncertainties loomed within.
