In Requiem is Paradise Lost's forthcoming eleventh studio album, again with Rhys Fulber on production duties. Published release dates (subject to change) include May 18th 2007 (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Benelux, and Italy), May 21st 2007 (U.K., France, Spain, Denmark, Norway, European countries not otherwise specified), May 23rd 2007 (Finland, Sweden, Hungary), and June 5 2007 in the U.S.[1][2]. Seth Siro Anton is responsible for the artwork, which can be seen here.

A press release states, "The melancholic atmosphere is as oppressive as ever, but this go round the gloom is fused with an equal amount of dense, punishing riffs"[3].

Track listing

Nick Holmes has confirmed that 15 tracks have been recorded for the new album [4], including one cover. Lead guitarist Greg Mackintosh has recently mentioned four titles in a post in the "Questions for the Band" section of the official Paradise Lost message board. The tracks are "Never for the Damned," "Sedative God," "Prelude to Descent," and "Unreachable" [5]. Additionally, the first single to be released from the album will be called "The Enemy" [6], which features a second album track called "Beneath Black Skies".
