On 19 April 2024, based on the agreement between Azerbaijan and Armenia, 4 villages of Qazax raion came under the control of Azerbaijan. Please make the necessary changes to the article of these 4 villages. Sources: 1, 2, 3, 4. Elonizm (talk) 16:05, 19 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

No. The first link says "Azerbaijan and Armenia tentatively agree on certain border sections". However, de facto, Armenia still controls these villages. We'll see when the villages are officially handed over to Azerbaijan (hopefully soon).

Also, independent (neither Armenian nor Azerbaijani) sources like Reuters say: "Azerbaijan says Armenia agrees 'historic' return of four villages". Armenia hasn't confirmed. a455bcd9 (Antoine) (talk) 16:19, 19 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
