Nanci Chambers

Nanci Chambers (born on October 1, 1963) is a Canadian-American actress who was born in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada). She is perhaps best known for her role as the scheming villianess Lieutenant "Loren Singer" on the television series JAG. Chambers married David James Elliott, a fellow Canadian and her co-star on JAG, in 1992. Both are now United States citizens.
