For some reason my IP address was blocked, I have never personally edited Wikipedia and was interested in creating an account but I can't even do that. There are just a few grammatical errors I want to fix. I just need some help because my IP was blocked and I have never edited.

@Jpgordon: With all due respect, I would love to create an account but it says the ability to create an account is prohibited. I think the only way is to turn the account creation ban off. I just want to edit 3 small articles for grammar errors.
