The Stadion Wroclaw in Wrocław will host the final.

TeamsCompetition proper: 36 (from 53 associations)
2025–26

The 2024–25 UEFA Conference League will be the fourth season of the UEFA Conference League, Europe's tertiary club football tournament organised by UEFA.

This will be the first UEFA Conference League played under a new format involving a 36-team League stage.[1] From this season, the competition is renamed to UEFA Conference League from the UEFA Europa Conference League.[2]

The final will be played in Stadion Wrocław in Wrocław, Poland.[3] The winners of the tournament will automatically qualify for the 2025–26 UEFA Europa League league stage, unless they qualify for the 2025–26 UEFA Champions League through their league performance.

Association team allocation

A total of 167 teams from 54 of the 55 UEFA member associations are expected to participate in the 2024–25 UEFA Conference League. The association ranking based on the UEFA association coefficients is used to determine the number of participating teams for each association:[4]

Association ranking

For the 2024–25 UEFA Conference League, the associations are allocated places according to their 2023 UEFA association coefficients, which takes into account their performance in European competitions from 2018–19 to 2022–23.[5]

Apart from the allocation based on the association coefficients, associations may have additional teams participating in the Conference League, as noted below:

  • (UCL) – Additional teams transferred from the UEFA Champions League
  • (UEL) – Additional teams transferred from the UEFA Europa League

Notes

  1. ^
Champions League (UCL Q1): One of the Champions League first qualifying round losers will be drawn to receive a bye to the third qualifying round (Champions Path), as one fewer loser was transferred to the second qualifying round (Champions Path), due to suspension of Russia from the 2024–25 European season.
  2. ^
Belarus (BLR): As the top four teams from the 2023 Belarusian Premier League qualified for the semi-finals of the 2023–24 Belarusian Cup, Isloch Minsk Raion have qualified for the 2024–25 Conference League. The cup winners (Isloch Minsk Raion or Neman Grodno) will enter in the second qualifying round; the losing team will enter in the first qualifying round.
  3. ^

  5. ^
Liechtenstein (LIE): The seven teams affiliated with the Liechtenstein Football Association (LFV) all play in the Swiss football league system. The only competition organised by the LFV is the Liechtenstein Football Cup – the winners of which qualify for the UEFA Conference League for the 2024–25 season.
  6. ^

  7. ^
