Jennylyn Mercado (born May 15, 1987) is a Filipino actress.
Life and career
1987–2004: Early life and breakthrough
Jennylyn Anne Pineda Mercado was born on May 15, 1987 in Parañaque, Metro Manila.[1] At age three, she was physically abused by her stepfather;[1] she was subsequently raised by her adoptive mother Lydia Mercado,[2] who is the sister of Mercado's biological mother Jinkee Pineda.[3]
