Aleš Burger (born February 27, 1974, in Teplice, Czech Republic) is a Czech entrepreneur and event producer.[1][2]

Early Life and Education

Aleš Burger graduated from the Střední průmyslová škola (Technical High School) in Teplice in 1991.

Career

Burger began his career as an event producer and booking agent at the K.N.A.K. alternative culture club in Teplice from 1992 to 1996. During this time, he organized music and theater performances.[3][4]

From 1996 to 2006, Burger organized the Cosmic Trip Open Air Festival in Teplice, which became one of the largest electronic music events in the Czech Republic.[5] The festival attracted up to 10,000 attendees with a line-up of London Elektricity, Pendulum, Carl Craig and many more.[6]

In 2004, Burger founded NEXT LEVEL, an event agency based in Prague.[7][8] NEXT LEVEL organizes events for brands such as Red Bull, BMW, and Orlen, primarily in Central Europe.[9] [10] The agency is multiple Annual Awards winner of the Czech Event Association for its event marketing strategies.[11][12]

In 2008, Burger co-founded Auto Outlet Luxury Imports in Prague[13] and Hithit.com, a crowdfunding platform, in 2012.[14][15][16] In 2020, Hithit.com was honored with the Zonky Innovation Awards.[17][18][19]

Since 2015, Burger has been a lecturer at the University of Economics, Prague (Faculty of Business Administration).[20]

From 2014 to 2019, Burger served as the show producer for the Red Bull Air Race World Championship, overseeing events in the USA, Japan, UAE, and Europe.[21][22]

In 2022, Burger founded NEXT LEVEL SLOVAKIA in Bratislava, Slovakia.[23][24]

Personal Life

He also competed as a go-kart racer, winning the Karting Cup National Championship in 2014 and earning a bronze medal at the FIA Motorsport Games in 2022.[25][26][27]

Aleš Burger is married to Iva Burger and has two children, Sebastian and Stella.
