Henning Christophersen

Henning Christophersen (born November 8 1939, Copenhagen) is a Danish politician, a former vice-president of the European Commission (19851995), former leader of the Danish liberal party Venstre (19781984) and former member of the European Convention.

He also was Deputy Prime minister and Finance Minister of Denmark (19821984) and Foreign Minister of Denmark (19781979).

Since December 1998 until 1 January 2007 he was the Chairman of the Energy Charter Conference.

He is chairmain and member of a number of supervisory Boards of Directors and partner of Kreab, Brussels.
