Chen Lijun, female, born on May 9, 1992, in Shengzhou, Zhejiang Province, is a Yue Opera actress and a national actress. She specializes in the "xiaosheng" role type and study Yue opera under the Yin School. She is a member of the Zhejiang Dramatists Association and the China Dramatists Association.
In 2008, she enrolled in the 08 Xiaobaihua class. In July 2013, she graduated from Zhejiang Vocational Academy of Art and then joined the Zhejiang Xiaobaihua Yue Opera Troupe.
In 2011, she won the Gold Award in the local opera group of the "‘Wenhua Award’ organized by the Ministry of Culture for national arts schools". In 2013, she played the role of Emperor Yongzheng in the graduation performance drama "Scarlet Heart," by the 08 Xiaobaihua class.
In 2017, she won the Gold Award in the "New Pine Plan" Zhejiang Youth Opera Actor Competition.
In 2018, she participated in the Hunan TV Spring Festival Gala, performing "Just Met You" with Li Yugang.
In 2019, her first major play "He Wenxiu" premiered.
In 2021, she participated in the third season of the opera television cultural program "Lei Xiang Zhong Hua," winning the title of "Top Ten Young Leading Figures in Chinese Opera" and becoming the final champion.
In 2022, she participated in the Zhejiang TV Yue Opera program "The Voice of China: Yue Opera Special Season," winning the "Yue Sheng Crown Award."
In 2023, she performed in the immersive Yue Opera "New Dragon Gate Inn" and the premiere of her first Yue Opera film "The Han Empress."[1]
In 2024, she participated in the CCTV Spring Festival Gala, performing "The Butterfly Lovers"[2]; participated in the CCTV Spring Festival Opera Gala, performing "The World Inn"[3]; participated in the Dragon TV Spring Festival Gala, performing "Mountain Romance"[4]; participated in the 2024 Chinese Literature and Art Circles Spring Festival Gala, performing "New Dragon Gate Inn"[5];participated in the CCTV Lantern Festival Gala, performing "The Butterfly Lovers" with Huang Ling[6];participated in the Hunan TV/Mango TV Lantern Festival Gala, performing "New Dragon Gate Inn: A Dream of the Jianghu"[7];participated in "I Want to Sing with You," performing "A Sound of Laughter in the Vast Sea " with Han Hong; and participated in "Riding the Wind 2024," premiering "Destiny."[8]
