Discoride Lanza

What happened to Lanza is an odd mystery. L'Equipe is the only source that lists him as a retirement(and lists no DNF reasons in their article). All other sources I've found list him finishing 9th, but they often list different amounts of completed laps, usually 38, 48 or 50. SunflowerYuri (talk) 17:45, 2 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Ferdinando Barbieri and Christian Kautz

A discrepancy I noticed when I was finding sources back in January was the fact Car 44 Barbieri qualified for the race but doesn't appear on the finishing order, while Car 32 Kautz didn't qualify but appears as a retirement. I originally thought Barbieri might've swapped cars and allowed Kautz to take his grid position, but yesterday I found and added an image on the starting grid just before the race, and you can clearly see Car 44 in its grid slot and no sign of Car 32, so that points to either a massive admin error at the race or the cars swapping over mid-way through the race Monocles (talk) 18:19, 9 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Turns out I got the wrong Barbieri, oops. I found a source with a full list of entrants, though the list is slightly inconsistent with other sources, a general consensus can be found and it is clear that it was actually Guido Barbieri, and that Kautz was never in Car 32 but is instead listed as an alternative driver for Car 44 Monocles (talk) 21:56, 10 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
