Virginia Tech claimed championship

[edit]

A recent string of edits have been made to this page and the VPI Gobblers page for this season, indicating a claim for the national title by Virginia Tech. To my knowledge and a cursoury search the only basis for this claim is that the Gobblers went undefeated. Neither the NCAA or Tech recognize any claim to the national title for this season. Proof of a claim at anytime would be bennificial. The Stratman (talk) 19:45, 12 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
