Firescape

Firescape is an independent band that is a side-project of Josh Parington, the lead guitarist and songwriter of Something Corporate. Their first album, Dancehall Apocolypse, will come out June 12, 2007. They originated in Orange County, California. Their style is an alternative/rock band and use the piano soften the guitar and drums. Members - Josh Parington Hunter Macdonald Brian Weber Jake Margolis

J.B. Ruhl is an American legal academic and a leading authority on environmental law, with a particular focus on endangered species, and also has written extensively on complexity in public law. He is presently the Matthew & Hawkins Professor of Property at Florida State University College of Law. His writings include The Law of Biodiversity and Ecosystem Management (Foundation Press, 2nd ed. 2006), the first casebook to organize environmental law under these emerging themes, as well as scores of law journal articles on environmental, land use and administrative law. He is one of the most cited faculty in the environmental law field.[1]

He currently Harry M. Walborsky Professor and Associate Dean for Research at Florida State University College of Law. His books include Regulatory Bargaining and Public Law (Cambridge University Press 2005)[2] and a casebook, Energy, Economics & the Environment (Foundation Press, 2d edition, 2006), and he is also author of dozens of articles.[reply]
